1 - Hidi Microcredit Program

Microcredit is the lending of small sums to micro entrepreneurs formal and informal, often without access to traditional financial system and associated housing programs for payment of the consideration required to purchase their own homes.

2 - National Productive Microcredit – PNMPO

The BNDES operates in the sector through the BNDES Microcredit program, which aims to promote the popular economy through the provision of resources for productive microcredit, driven individual and corporate entrepreneurial activities of small businesses in order to encourage the creation of jobs and income.
Who is entitled
Can obtain resources from BNDES Microcredit the enterprising individuals and companies from small productive activities, ie, those who obtain gross revenues not exceeding £ 240,000 in each calendar year.
The funds are intended always to finance working capital and / or fixed productive investments, such as civil works, purchase of machinery and new and used equipment, and purchase of supplies and materials.

2.1. As give support

Support is done indirectly, through the financing of productive microcredit institutions (financial institutions or OSCIP) that pass the funds directly to micro entrepreneurs.
The financing amount and interest rate are determined by the agent repassing  microcredit, according to pre-established limits. As the BNDES does not act directly on supporting micro entrepreneurs, interested parties should address the transfer agents of microcredit your city / region, which will also consider granting credit and the financing conditions.
• Encourage the creation of jobs and income among micro entrepreneurs popular.
• Provide resources for productive microcredit.
• Provide technical support to productive microcredit institutions, with a view to strengthening these institutions to provide services to entrepreneurs popular.



Under the PNMPO, micro-entrepreneurs are considered popular individuals and legal entrepreneurial activities of small productive, with annual gross income of $ 120,000 (Amended by Decree 6607 of 21/10/2008). Since the productive microcredit loans is to meet the financial needs of this audience by using a method based on direct relationships with entrepreneurs where economic activity is performed. To support the coordination and implementation of the Program e Committee was created Inter ministerial PNMPO, which is composed of representatives of the Ministries of Labor, Finance and Social Development and Fight against Hunger.

What are the goals of PNMPO?

• Encourage the creation of jobs and income among micro entrepreneurs popular.
• Provide resources for productive microcredit.
• Provide technical support to productive microcredit institutions, with a view to strengthening these institutions to provide services to entrepreneurs popular.

What is Productive Microcredit?

• What is the productive microcredit loans to meet the financial needs of individuals and corporations to entrepreneurial small productive activities, using a method based on direct relationships with entrepreneurs where economic activity is performed, should be considered, also that:
·         the service to the entrepreneur should be done by trained personnel to perform the socioeconomic survey and provide educational guidance on business planning, identifying needs for credit and management focused on the development of the enterprise;
·         the contact with the entrepreneur must be maintained throughout the contract period accent, aiming at its best use and application as well as the growth and sustainability of economic activity, and
·         the value and the credit terms must be defined after the assessment of the activity and the ability of the borrower's indebtedness end resources, in close dialogue with this.


PANORAMA
The institution of the General Law of Micro and Small Enterprise (Supplementary Law. 123/06) gave special treatment to small businesses. The micro  entrepreneurs   individual l integrates this movement. From 2009, the conditions  for  the formalization of business was greatly facilitated: the internet, the entrepreneur can get your fill CNPJ after a quick registration.
Thus emerge   a new customer segment, with its own characteristics - and different - from micro and small enterprises. The micro entrepreneurs Individual demand a different treatment accorded to micro and small enterprises covered by said law.
The Hidi  developed for  micro entrepreneurs , a program composed of solutions that address basic issues to management and strengthening these businesses. Seven themes are addressed him: sales, purchasing, control of money, entrepreneurship, joining forces, administration and  planning .
After implementation of this program the micro entrepreneur is able to receive credit of up to $ 5,000.

TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATION
The equipment required for the operation of the service units and the central office are defined in:
1) furniture and computer equipment to office supplies and consumption of telephone communication systems, common units melodies.
2) composed of IT (intelligence technology) hardware and software management members pair (customers), personnel, materials, accounting, production and quality.
Our selection of the production process is anchored in demand generated by our partners.

4. FINANCIAL PLAN

5. SOCIAL ASSESSMENT

The Company


Company Overview

founded in August 2005. From August 2005, HIDI , began its work in partnership with other non-governmental entities.
Identifying the need for progress in social policies and public programs at the local, state and federal governments in Brazil, aiming at social integration and the creation of core knowledge multipliers and articulation of civil society, a group of businessmen founded the São Paulo Hidi .
The Hidi develops actions that contribute to the creation and development of projects of socialization, with the mission to integrate full and happy human society, rescuing the hope of citizenship and personal growth, professional, cultural, family, regardless of race, color, nationality, religion or social class.
The completion of our projects is only possible due to collaboration of our partners from the most diverse social spheres, among them: the public sector nationally and internationally (at state, federal and municipal), private initiative, organized civil societies (unions, cooperatives, etc.)., religious entities and international organizations.

HIDI was founded in 2005 based on the professional experiences of the two current directors, director of social programs and technical director.
As of the date of the founding of Brazilian Social Integration and Management Association, Technical Director developed his professional work in the past 15 years, returned to the area of ​​municipal public administration, state government, responsible for development and execution of over 6000 housing units including holding the position of secretary of municipal housing in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul is a specialist in the area of ​​housing projects and land tenure.
The director of social programs in the last 10 years has been dedicated to the development and transfer of technology in industrial systems for construction in Brazil, Mozambique, Angola and Nigeria.
From April 2009, the Brazilian Association began its work in partnership with other non-governmental entities in the development and production of 380 housing units in the city of São Leopoldo-RS and preparation of the master plan in Itapeva, in the State of Minas Gerais. He also started the work of regularization in the town of Chapel-RS Santana, serving more than 2,500 people with their projects.
We have over 9.810 housing units designed with their projects approved or in final approval by government agencies, ready to start construction, to serve 50.000 people in four states: Rio Grande do Sul and Sao Paulo.





The Project


      This is a housing program for families of low and middle income, for the purchase of low cost housing unit, where they will be admitted as self-constructive schemes or direct administration to hire professionals or companies to perform services that require specialized or that is, an alternative housing based on collective effort. The building systems to be used shall be those that best suit the conditions of cost and quality for each region.

      To ensure the construction time and cost control will be used to perform concrete diaphragm walls "in loco", besides the use of forms which reduces construction time, reduces waste, ensuring that the work schedule. In some cases according to local culture, we use conventional construction. 




SUZANO I

The company will aim to acquire the area, approve and license the project and take the real estate development on land located in the metropolitan region of São Paulo - SUZANO CITY - SP, enrollment object in the Land Registry of Suzano County - SP, with merger to be registered, pursuant to Law 4,591 / 64, 4,000 APARTMENTS, according to the project approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development of the City of Suzano - SP.

The company will aim to acquire the area, approve and license the project and take the real estate development on land located in the metropolitan region of São Paulo – SANTO ANDRÉ CITY  - SP, enrollment object in the Land Registry of St. Andrew County - SP, with the merger to be registered, pursuant to Law 4,591 / 64, 2,000 APARTMENTS, according to the project approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development of the Municipality of Santo André SP.

 AREA: 38,000 m²

The company will aim to acquire the area, approve and license the project and take the real estate development on land located in the Paraíba Valley region in SAO PAULO - TAUBATÉ CITY - SP, enrollment object in the Land Registry of Taubaté County - SP with the merger to be registered, pursuant to Law 4,591 / 64, 1,000 APARTMENTS, according to the project approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development of the City of Taubaté SP.

The location of housing projects, following a predetermined order by the following factors, characteristics of our production process:

 SOCIAL ASSESSMENT

The location of housing projects, following a predetermined order by the following factors, characteristics of our production process:

• Absence of degraded urban areas.
• Absence of environmental restrictions.

We generate for each project of 100 housing units, 46 direct jobs, with an increase in federal tax revenues, state and local, which comes from the reflection of the production of housing units, and move the local economy. All materials are of domestic origin, bought mostly small and medium industries, a 400 km radius of the project. A workforce is local, where we offer training for capacity building and training in partnership with SENAI (National Industrial Apprenticeship Service) and SINDUSCON (Union of Construction Industry), following the guidelines of the MTE (Ministry of Labor), in compared with the record of work and occupational safety. Our waste is minimized by design streamlined and the rest sent to recycling cooperatives, leaving the material not be sent for reuse areas of construction waste deposits, permitted by environmental legislation.


PANORAMA

The viability of housing projects of social interest be deployed and managed by an NGO, breaking paradigms market, materializing the figure of the social entrepreneur as a generator of income, employment and competitiveness in the housing market of low and lower-middle income, was challenge.
Develop strategic plans, marketing, operational and financial, to implement projects, along with the development of technical and social characteristic of the social entrepreneur, who produces the product or service based on social and financial profile of the population to be benefited by their actions
 This project aims to strengthen the third sector economy as fastest growing sector in the country. This phenomenon corresponds to the needs of organized civil society and social movements to create a new synapse in consumer relations, along with public and private, so that the wishes of the population are met in an ethical and effective. This new relationship is based on meeting the expectations of products and services that the state can not meet, breaking the political manipulation, occupying space that does not meet the private sector, not because of financial attractiveness on prices. Faced with this situation, is the environment for the third sector to implement CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP of utopia.

SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP does not mean breaking the chain, but the balance of earnings or financial results, used as a tool capable of covering operating costs and expenses, return on capital and new investments. At this point, the picture emerges of SOCIAL ENTREPRENEUR, with economic goals, but non-profit, regulated by law, which is paving the implementation of this methodology for the consumer market, generating income, jobs, taxes, municipal, state and federal, ROI and return of private capital, fueling the production chain, bringing consumer relations and market private entities with social, ethical and moral, enabling a wide range of society have access to the formal economy.


4. FINANCIAL PLAN

O INSTITUTO HIDI, depois de receber o título Organização da Sociedade Civil de Interesse Público ( OSCIP ),  foi HABILITADO como INSTITUIÇÃO DE MICROCRÉDITO PRODUTIVO ORIENTADO, para operar dentro do PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE MICROCRÉDITO PRODUTIVO ORIENTADO  ( PNMPO ) do MINISTÉRIO DO TRABALHO E EMPREGO do GOVERNO BRASILEIRO


A consulta da HABILITAÇÃO como INSTITUIÇÃO DE MICROCRÉDITO PRODUTIVO ORIENTADO, para operar dentro do PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE MICROCRÉDITO PRODUTIVO ORIENTADO ( PNMPO ) do MINISTÉRIO DO TRABALHO E EMPREGO do GOVERNO BRASILEIRO  , pode ser verificado  no site  MINISTÉRIO DO TRABALHO E EMPREGO ,  através do passo a passo a seguir :


A consulta para verificação de REGISTRO DO INSTITUTO HIDI  na RECEITA FEDERAL DO BRASIL, , pode ser verificado  através da emissão do Comprovante de Inscrição e de Situação Cadastral de Pessoa Jurídica pela Internet em consonância com a Instrução Normativa RFB nº 1.634, de 06 de maio de 2016,. através do passo a passo a seguir :



2- PLANO DE INVESTIMENTO:

A)      O PLANO DE INVESTIMENTO HUMANITÁRIO será assinado através de um acordo para doação entre o INSTITUTO HIDI e a FUNDAÇÃO DOADORA DOS RECURSOS FINANCEIROS PARA A IMPLANTAÇÃO DOS PROGRAMAS HUMANITÁRIOS.

B)      Este acordo conterá todas as regras necessárias para investimento humanitário, inclusive o projeto humanitário de investimento, como anexo a este acordo.

C)      O ACORDO DE DOAÇÃO PARA RECURSOS FINANCEIROS PARA IMPLANTAÇÃO DOS PROGRAMAS HUMANITÁRIOS deve ser feito em idioma INGLÊS-PORTUGUÊS, e depois de assinado, ser CONSULARIZADO (REGISTRADO NA EMBAIXADA DO BRASIL NO PAÍS SEDE DA FUNDAÇÃO), com cópia de toda a documentação da FUNDAÇÃO, e dos REPRESENTANTES LEGAIS DA FUNDAÇÃO.

D)    Este procedimento, segue orientação do Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (COAF), órgão criado no âmbito do Ministério da Fazenda, foi instituído pela Lei 9.613, de 1998, e atua eminentemente na prevenção e combate à lavagem de dinheiro e ao financiamento do terrorismo.
 As competências do COAF :
o    Receber, examinar e identificar as ocorrências suspeitas de atividades ilícitas;
o    Comunicar às autoridades competentes para a instauração dos procedimentos cabíveis nas situações em que o Conselho concluir pela existência, ou fundados indícios, de crimes de “lavagem”, ocultação de bens, direitos e valores, ou de qualquer outro ilícito;
o    Coordenar e propor mecanismos de cooperação e de troca de informações que viabilizem ações rápidas e eficientes no combate à ocultação ou dissimulação de bens, direitos e valores;
o    Disciplinar e aplicar penas administrativas.

E)      ASSINADO O ACORDO PARA DOAÇÃO DE RECURSOS FINANCEIROS e este devidamente CONSULARIZADO, encaminharemos este ACORDO  para REGISTRO NO BANCO CENTRAL DO BRASIL, conforme determina a lei sobre entrada de capitais estrangeiro no Brasil.


F)      Depois do REGISTRO NO BANCO CENTRAL DO BRASIL, encaminharemos todos os documentos para uma ou mais instituições financeiras habilitadas a operar no mercado de câmbio pelo BANCO CENTRAL DO BRASIL.
